Subscriptions (PayPal only)
Seasonal forecasts cover the four period from March to May (Spring),
June to August (Summer), September to November (Autumn) and December to
February (Winter). Since the forecasts are initiated three months before
the seasonal period, there are in total four monthly editions of each
forecast. There are a maximum of sixteen forecasts that can be issued
every year, yet this may depend on the date of your subscription. Each
monthly update supersedes the previous forecast for the seasonal period
purchased, so the final (latest) update should be treated as the best
available.
All online payments and invoicing is undertaken through the external company
PayPal,
whom we are not affiliated with in any other way. We accept no
liability for any losses resulting from the PayPal system and we do not
obtain any financial information about you. In subscribing to PayPal you
may agree to provide some personal information that will reach us by
email such as your name, address and telephone number. This customer
information will be retained so we are able to contact you for future
offers on our products and services.
Your seasonal forecasts will be sent via email attachments, so you must
provide a valid email to receive our forecasts. If you email changes at
any point, or you believe the information we hold about you is
inaccurate, then please contact us at

Your subscription payment must be confirmed through the PayPal system,
or via bank transfer before we send the current seasonal weather
forecast by electronic mail. In order to open this attachment, you must
have a personal computer or device that can view portable document
format (pdf) files.
Suitable software can be obtained here,
yet we accept no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting
from opening or whilst using this software. Since your payment is made
in advance, should you choice to cancel your agreement forecasts will
cease at the end of the month of your last payment. We request that
notification within 28 days of cancellation.
Business subscriptions must be paid if your company exceeds 50 employees
and you decide to use our seasonal weather predictions as part of your
business. The rates are greater than those for individuals, yet we
strongly recommend this service if you would like professional advice
tailored to your sector.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any point, or
to cancel our subscription services with 28 days notice if we wish to
suspend any of our services.
We agree to make every effort to provide you seasonal weather
forecast(s) before the 1st of every month until the point of
cancellation or our services are suspended. In the case that we are
unable to provide you a forecast, we will notify you within 48 hours of
the respective month. No refunds can be issued once a payment has been
received and we reserve the right to withhold your payment even if the
forecast is deemed inaccurate or wrong in any sense. In the case that
our forecasts cease without 28 prior warning, we may issue a refund for
the amount paid for services that have not been received.
Online Payments (PayPal or Standing Order)
Through the "one-off payment" system, we will only provide forecasts
from the present edition to the beginning of the forecasting period.
Since there are a maximum of four editions per month, to receive the
full set of monthly updates your payment must be made at-least 2 months
before the seasonal period commences. Each monthly update supersedes the
previous forecast for the seasonal period purchased, so the final
(latest) update should be treated as the best available. With a "one-off
payment" system your forecast may differ from the final edition of the
seasonal forecast and is, as a consequence, less accurate than through
our subscription services.
Due to the monthly update system, we may decide to reduce the pricing
plan of seasonal weather predictions as the seasonal period approaches.
No refunds can be issued once a payment has been received and we reserve
the right to withhold your payment even if the forecast is deemed
inaccurate or wrong in any sense.
E-Book Payments (Amazon Kindle only)

We attempt to provide the best quality product possible to be readable
on a range of devices with Amazon Kindle software. In the event that you
cannot read, or find the quality of the graphics poor, then please get
in touch and we will try to provide you with an alternative version as a
pdf file.
Free Software Including "Climate and Energy Demand Calculator"
The climate and energy calculator is designed to help households manage
their heating needs, which can be used in combination with our seasonal
weather predictions to estimate winter gas / heating oil use or utility
costs in the workplace. All software downloaded or leased from Weather
Logistics UK (weatherlogistics.com) remain to be our property and are
only licensed for personal or non-profit business use in an unmodified
form. Reported temperatures are based on the 1961 - 1990 climatology
data from the UK's national weather service, but is only designed for
estimatations and guidance and not for precision energy demand
forecasts. Since the model is compact, it allows uses to quickly pull
the relevant energy information by combination with short to long-range
forecast data for several representative locations in the United
Kingdom. If your local town / city is not represented, we recommend that
for guidance you refer to a nearby location with a similar character in
annual temperature trend.
Any free download currently available may be withdrawn or be
re-released as a paying service if or whenever deemed necessary.
Software obtained at the weatherlogistics.com domain, must always be
cited to the work of "Weather Logistics UK" and specificially the
project manager.

or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance
of such software products or support services. The seasonal weather
forecast software produced at Weather Logistics UK undergoes validation.
The results of this validation can be provided upon request, but
Weather Logistics UK may charge an administration fee of £5 for this
service (at its discretion). The long range forecasts are developed to
provide the end-user (customer) with the most accurate end-product,
given the limitations of the method involved. Please note that no
liability will be accepted for any loss or damage resulting from
inaccurate seasonal weather forecasts. In addition, no discount will
ever be issued to customers that are dissatisfied with the quality or
accuracy of information reported in any forecast report. Weather
Logistics UK guarantees that the forecasting system used to produce the
end product is unique in its design. Any attempt to replicate or copy
the methods used may result in legal action, as the content produced by
Weather Logistics UK is bound by intellectual property rights.
